Position Title: Arabic Teacher – Full-time / Occasional
Reports to: Principal

Teacher Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development and Delivery
- Develop and implement comprehensive Arabic language curriculum for students from JK to Grade 8.
- Infuse Islamic teachings and values into Arabic language instruction.
- Student Assessment and Support
- Assess student learning progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to Arabic language acquisition.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Arabic language learning across the curriculum.
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student performance and progress.
- Professional Development and Engagement
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance Arabic teaching skills and knowledge.
- Organize and supervise Arabic language-related extracurricular activities or events.
- Islamic Ethos and Role Modeling
- Exemplify adherence to Islamic dress code and norms, serving as a role model for students.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic language education or a related field.
- Teaching certification recognized by relevant educational authorities.
- Proficiency in Arabic language with native or near-native fluency.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in an Islamic school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to ongoing personal and professional growth aligned with Islamic principles.
