Position Title: Volunteer Teaching Aides (non-paid volunteer role)

Volunteer Teaching Aide Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support:
- Assist teachers in the preparation and delivery of lessons, providing support in various subject areas.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Student Engagement:
- Engage with students during classroom activities, providing one-on-one support as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with students, contributing to their overall well-being.
- Resource Preparation:
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials, including worksheets, visual aids, and other resources.
- Contribute to creating an interactive and engaging learning experience for students.
- Islamic Values Integration:
- Infuse Islamic values into classroom activities, fostering a moral and ethical learning environment.
- Serve as a role model for students, demonstrating the embodiment of Islamic principles.
- Event Participation:
- Volunteer during school events, extracurricular activities, and special projects.
- Contribute to the organization and execution of cultural and religious celebrations.
- Parental Involvement:
- Collaborate with teachers to maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, sharing insights on student engagement and development.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Passion for education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of students.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Respect for and alignment with the Islamic values and ethos of Marifah School.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or experience in education is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo training and orientation sessions provided by Marifah School.
