At Marifah School, our French Immersion with Arabic Fluency Path is a unique early learning program designed to develop strong communication skills in French and Arabic, while maintaining a solid academic foundation in English.

In today’s Canadian environment—especially in the Ottawa region—bilingualism is a valuable asset. At the same time, for many families, preserving a strong connection to the Arabic language and the Quran remains equally important.

Our program thoughtfully integrates both, providing students with a balanced, enriching learning experience that supports their academic growth while nurturing their linguistic and spiritual development.

Program Overview

Designed for early learners (JK & SK), this program uses a play-based, language-rich approach to help children naturally develop fluency and confidence.

Program Objectives

Students will:

  • Develop confidence in speaking and understanding French
  • Build strong Arabic reading and comprehension skills
  • Achieve grade-level excellence in English academics
  • Grow with a strong Islamic identity and character
  • Become well-rounded, multilingual learners

  • Currently: JK & SK
  • Future Expansion: The program will gradually extend to higher grades, allowing students to continue their language journey at Marifah
Daily Learning Structure

Each day includes a balanced mix of:

  • French language immersion blocks
  • Math and counting in  English, French and Arabic
  • English Language
  • Arabic & Quran instruction
  • Islamic Studies and character development
Daily Practices & Activities

Learning is interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate:

  • Storytelling in French and Arabic
  • Nasheed, rhymes, poems, and circle time
  • Hands-on, play-based exploration
  • Quran memorization and recitation
  • Arabic vocabulary building and language exercises
  • Group activities that build confidence and communication

2025/2026 School Fees

We strive to keep education affordable for families while maintaining the highest quality standards.

  • Application & Registration Fee (non-refundable): $50/child

  • Resource Fee (non-refundable): $300/child

  • Tuition Fees: The annual tuition is $6,000, payable in 10 equal monthly installments of $600, due on the 1st of each month.

Once applications are evaluated and shortlisted, an assessment test and interview will be scheduled for further evaluation.
